Elda being the daughter of the father of Thor and the daughter of the Phoenix her powers are on a scale rarely seen before.
Concussive Force Blasts: She can wield this energy to project beams of immense concussive force powerful enough to destroy whole planetary bodies.
Quantum Singularity: She can transmigrate throughout time and space by folding its energy back into itself, causing it to collapse akin to a black hole. It then reforms itself upon reaching its destination, much like the Phoenix of ancient myths.
Energy Absorption: She can directly absorb, manipulate, and fully control any type of energy such as Cyclops' ruby-red-colored optic blasts or the entire energy of a star, black hole, or even a whole galaxy.
Psionic Nexus: As the nexus or center of all psionic energy throughout the cosmos, she possesses nigh-infinitely powerful mental abilities, including telepathy, empathy,and telekinesis.

EL is the alternate reality daughter that was conceived from a love affair from Odin who was the original Thor at the time and the Phoenix Force. She started out life as pure energy but was molded into the child of the two. When their affair ended EL was left with her father who wanted to raise her as the future queen of Asgard but she had no such appetites. Like her mother she wanted to experience what the universe had to offer. She came to a point in the realities which threw her into the current one. Feeling some connections to her family but somewhat different she is coming to earth to see what she can find.
